1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of the date you received the product, without needing to provide any reason.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day deadline expires via:

3. Refund

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received.

4. Returning Products

You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Products must be returned:

  • Intact and unused
  • In their original packaging with all accessories
  • With the original warranty certificate and documentation
  • With the order number visible on the outside of the package

5. Liability for Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-order watches (e.g., with engravings or modifications made upon request)
  • Sealed products opened after delivery for hygiene reasons

7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you have received a defective product, please contact us within 1 year of delivery (statutory warranty of conformity). In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
