How our watches are created
Built with the highest quality components, each watch reflects our commitment to excellence .
Each of our watches is assembled by hand , starting from a prestigious Japanese automatic movement, accompanied by a strictly stainless steel case, sapphire crystal and ceramic crown.
Shipping times and costs
The time taken for the entire order process, from assembly to delivery, is approximately 3 weeks .
As for the cost, shipping is completely free .
We also offer the possibility of picking up the watch personally at the office and personally seeing the assembly of your Luminar Watch.
Movements used
We use Japanese movements for our watches, in particular automatic movements derived from Seiko , famous for their reliability , precision and durability .
Movements used in our models:
- Automatic movements : NH34 - NH35 - NH36 - NH38
- Mechanical movements : VK63
Warranty and returns
We offer a 1-year warranty on our products. This covers malfunctions of the watch and possible technical problems.
We leave 14 days from the receipt of the watch for a possible return. Composed of the return of the watch and the refund of the total purchase amount.
